Warranty & Servicing

At Future Carping we pride ourselves on giving the best possible after sales service to all our bait boat users. We are fully aware that time spent on the bank without the use of your boat is a massive inconvenience in your precious leisure time. With this in mind we do our very best to ensure that any problems are dealt with as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

 

WHAT WARRANTY DO I GET WITH MY BAIT BOAT?

All our customers will receive 12 months warranty that is to the initial buyer. Warranties can not be transferred between buyers. 

DO YOU STOCK SPARE PARTS IN THE UK?

Yes we do, these are stocked at our Warwick Facility where any repairs will take place. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH MY BOAT AND ITS IN WARRANTY?

In the rare event of finding a fault with one of our boats please contact us to arrange the collection of your boat (this will be at the cost of the customer). Upon receiving your boat our "boat guru" will inspect and report back the issue with the boat. Please allow us up to 4 to 6 weeks to access the faults. If the boat fault falls under warranty we will confirm the fix and update you every step of the way. In some cases when a boat may take longer to fix we will if in stock send you one of our loan boat (please be aware this the CL1 model). All warranty and servicing procedures are carried out through our Warwick facility. Once the boat is complete we will notify you and confirm delivery of your bait boat.

TEMPORARY BAIT BOAT?

We stock 3 CL1 bait boats in the event that a boat will take longer than 14 working days to fix. If we have one of these boats in stock we will send this to the customer at the customers expense to use until your boat is fixed. Once the boat is fixed we will ask you to return the spare at the customer expense and will return your boat free of charge. "PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY"

 EXTRA WARRANTY?

We do offer an extra years warranty at the price of £59.99 please not this will not include a free replacement boat if the boat can not be fixed. For more information extended warranty please contact us below.
